This is for you if you’re craving a pause, a moment to breathe deeply, and a gentle way to honor the turning of the seasons.
A Circle of Balance, Gratitude & Renewal
The Fall Equinox is a sacred moment when day and night come into perfect balance — an invitation for us to pause, reflect, and align with nature’s rhythm. Join me for a heart-centered community gathering where we’ll come together on our mats in the golden glow of late afternoon to honor this seasonal turning.
.
How We’ll Honor the Equinox
We’ll begin with a gentle a salute to the Sun (half), to ground and open our bodies, followed by a heart-centered pause with tea ceremony to awaken gratitude and presence. From there, we’ll move into a simple yet powerful seasonal ritual, offering our reflections back to the Earth in community. The gathering will close in circle, sealing the energy with blessing and connection. No prior experience is needed — only your presence and an open heart.
Location: Oak Park, CA (Oak Canyon Community Park)
What To Bring:
• A yoga mat or blanket to sit comfortably on the ground
• A mug or cup for tea
• A light sweater or blanket for the early evening air
• An open heart and spirit of gratitude
A Gift to Mother Earth
Together we will share a sacred offering — a simple act of gratitude and release that honors the turning of the seasons and the cycles of nature.
