Join me for yoga!

Come join me every weekday morning for a rejuvenating (or sometimes exhilarating!) hour of yoga. My classes are perfect for beginner to intermediate students. One-on-one classes are available by appointment as well (see below).

We practice Hatha Yoga, which simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures. Ashtanga, vinyasa, and Iyengar are all Hatha Yoga. The word “hatha” can be translated two ways: as “willful” or “forceful,” or as my classes reflect, the yoga of activity, and as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance.

In our weekday classes the fourth week of the month is restorative week, designed to restore balance and start off your day the right way!

Hatha Yoga beginner to intermediate welcome

Morning yoga practice can benefit you by:

This morning practice is designed to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit through the powerful combination of traditional Hatha yoga and healing Reiki energy. Each session focuses on proper alignment, held postures, and conscious breathing to help you reduce stress, boost immunity, and cultivate inner peace. As you build strength, flexibility, and balance through deliberate movement, the Reiki infusion works to clear your energy and restore your natural flow.

All bodies and experience levels are welcome. Poses are offered with modifications to honor your unique needs and abilities, ensuring a practice that feels just right for you.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7am Zoom and Hybrid classes with me can be booked through the Yoga Upstairs website.

Restorative Yoga and Crystal Bowl Sound Healing

Second Tuesday of every month, 4:00 – 5:00pm PST

During this transformative session, you’ll flow through 4 to 6 supportive poses designed to release tension, reduce stress, and encourage deep relaxation.
